Cardio-Vascular Imaging (UK) Ltd · Est. 2014
Specialist cardiac diagnostics, delivered where your patients already are.
Cardio-Vascular Imaging (UK) Ltd provides echocardiography and cardiac diagnostic services to private GP practices, NHS primary care, employers and clinical research teams.
Every investigation is performed and reported by a Cardiac Physiologist on the Registration Council for Clinical Physiologists (RCCP) register — accredited in transthoracic echocardiography by the British Society of Echocardiography (BSE) and the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging (EACVI).
We bring the specialist equipment and expertise to your site. You keep your pathway, your records and your relationship with the patient.
What We Do
Transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) — full British Society of Echocardiography dataset studies with a written report, including advanced imaging such as strain analysis and advanced measurements for research.
Resting ECG performed as part of a diagnostic pathway or study protocol.
24-hour to 28-day monitoring for palpitations, syncope and suspected arrhythmia, with a fully analysed report.

The CVI Charter
01 /
High-quality diagnostic acquisition and reporting, appropriate clinical governance, quality assurance, and clear escalation pathways for significant findings — agreed before any service begins.
02 /
Regular clinics or individual diagnostic sessions, configured around your clinical pathway, local demand and governance arrangements — with equipment and specialist expertise provided.
03 /
A focused specialist service rather than a large-volume diagnostic organisation — led by a Consultant Cardiac Physiologist with two decades of cardiovascular imaging experience.
Non-Invasive Investigations
S.01
Comprehensive heart ultrasound assessment and reporting using high-quality cardiac ultrasound equipment.
S.02
Resting electrocardiography performed as part of a cardiovascular diagnostic pathway or research protocol.
S.03
Continuous ambulatory ECG monitoring from 24 hours up to 28 days — for arrhythmias, palpitations and rhythm-related symptoms.
S.04
Beat-to-beat 24-hour blood pressure monitoring to support the diagnosis and management of hypertension.
S.05
Every service is shaped around the requirements of your healthcare organisation, clinical pathway or research protocol.
S.01 · Echocardiogram
Comprehensive cardiac ultrasound assessment with specialist reporting.
CVI provides high-quality transthoracic echocardiography using advanced cardiac ultrasound equipment to assess cardiac structure, function and haemodynamics.
Each examination is accompanied by a comprehensive echocardiography report aligned with British Society of Echocardiography (BSE) standards, providing clear, clinically relevant findings to support patient diagnosis and ongoing management.
Secure cloud-based image storage keeps echocardiographic images and reports available for clinical review. Where further specialist input is required, authorised clinicians — including remote cardiologists — can securely access the study, supporting specialist referral, multidisciplinary review and continuity of care without the need to repeat imaging.
Our echocardiography service can be delivered directly within your practice or healthcare facility, with CVI providing the specialist expertise, cardiac ultrasound equipment and digital imaging infrastructure required.
S.02 · 12-Lead ECG
High-quality resting electrocardiography delivered within your clinical setting.
CVI provides 12-lead resting ECG acquisition to support cardiovascular assessment, clinical pathways and research protocols.
ECGs can be performed alongside echocardiography or as a standalone diagnostic service, providing a convenient and flexible solution for private healthcare, primary care and clinical research.
Where required, ECG recordings can be incorporated into the wider cardiac diagnostic pathway to support specialist review and onward referral.
S.03 · Holter Monitoring
Discreet patch-based ECG monitoring — from 24 hours up to 28 days.
A compact, cable-free 7-lead ECG patch is worn comfortably under clothing, providing continuous, high-quality rhythm monitoring throughout daily life — no bulky recorder, no wires, no disruption.
Extended wear dramatically improves the detection of intermittent arrhythmias, palpitations and other rhythm-related symptoms, with full-disclosure data analysed and reported by specialists.
The patch can be applied during a short practice visit, with secure data return and structured reporting feeding directly into your clinical pathway.
S.04 · 24-hr Ambulatory BP
Complete day-and-night blood pressure profiling, worn through daily life.
A compact monitor and cuff record blood pressure and pulse at set intervals across a full 24-hour cycle — capturing daytime activity, night-time dipping and postural changes that a single clinic reading can never show.
Activity, body position and sleep-wake markers are logged alongside every measurement, giving specialists the context behind each reading and a true picture of cardiovascular behaviour.
Recordings are analysed and reported with graphical trends and statistical summaries, feeding directly into your clinical pathway to support hypertension diagnosis and ongoing treatment review.

Cinematic Anatomy
Every investigation we deliver starts here — with the moving, beating structure our specialists read frame by frame. Precision imaging, interpreted by clinicians who never lose sight of the anatomy.
